Hello and welcome!
My aim is to create organic pictures and art work that is soulful, speak to the senses and invite the viewer to approach life with a sense of wonder, attention, curiosity and care.
Seeking beauty with all our senses and paying attention to what lies beneath the surface.
I believe in paying attention to and appreciating the magic in small everyday moments. Like sunlight filtered through leaves. The taste of summer´s first strawberry. The tactile surface of a patinated wall. A bouquet of wildflowers picked on a walk. The fragrance of freshly brewed coffee or wet earth after a rainshower.
In my work and daily life I´m very inspired by nature and organic materials - both as utensils, art, crafts, architecture and food. Organic materials are unique, soulful and textural in their expression, and I love how they change in the most beautiful way with the passage of time, sunlight, weather and our use of them. They are imperfect and impermanent, sustainable and sensorial, inviting to touching, smelling and observing.
That sensousness, soulfullness and joy of life´s magic I wish to convey though the things I create.
Besides creating pictures, in my daily life I love music, cooking, gardening, nature - and many other things..
