I love and work across multiple media and areas like art, photo, writing, food and cooking. To me it all connect and inspire one another.

The senses are important in everything I do and create. I love the organic and soulful, that speak to our senses and curiosity, inviting to approach life with wonder, attention and care. Paying attention to the details and what lies beneath the surface.

To me food and cooking is an art too. It´s playing and experimenting with colours, textures and flavours.

I´m generally very inspired by earth, as The Earth and as soil filled with life, how plants and food can grow here and how layers contain traces of history, life and materials.

That´s why I love gardening too. In the garden and greenhouse I get in direct contact with soil, plants, weather and seasons.

Just like art making and cooking it´s hands-on, contact with materials and getting into the state of flow.

In my work and daily life I´m very inspired by nature and organic materials - both as utensils, art, crafts, architecture and food. Organic materials are unique, soulful and textural in their expression, and I love how they change in the most beautiful way with the passage of time, sunlight, weather and our use of them. They are imperfect and impermanent, sustainable and sensorial, inviting to touching, smelling and observing.
